This policy explains how SYK Ventures LLC, doing business as Hub of One, collects and uses information through hubofone.com, our phone line, text messages and our services.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, business name, phone, email, city, website and anything you type in our forms.
Calls and texts: when you call or text us, we collect your phone number, call recordings, transcripts, messages and appointment details. Calls may be answered by Ava, our AI assistant, and may be recorded.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive payment status and the last 4 digits of your card, never the full card number.
Website data: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected by our hosting and analytics tools.
Client customer data: when we run Ava for a client, we process their callers' information only to provide the service to that client.

How we use it

To answer your calls and messages, book appointments, send confirmations and reminders, provide and improve our services, process payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Hub of One, such as our AI and CRM platform (Votel), payment processor (Stripe), email provider (Google Workspace), hosting and phone carriers, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also share information if required by law.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep information while you are a lead or client and as long as needed for the purposes above or for legal and tax reasons, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Email hello@hubofone.com to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure platforms and limited access. No system is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
