Refund Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

Monthly plans (Ava Only, Full Package, Care Plan): 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy, email hello@hubofone.com within 30 days of your first monthly payment and we will refund that first payment in full and cancel your plan. No questions asked. After the first 30 days, you can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and we do not give partial-month refunds. The guarantee applies once per business.

Website builds (Starter Site, Business Site)

The homepage draft is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Build fee: full refund if you cancel before we start the full build; 50% refund after the build starts but before launch; no refund after the site launches.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered in your name.

Optional $49 Design Session

Credited toward your website build. Non-refundable once the session has taken place.

NFC products

All NFC sales are final. If your product arrives defective or does not work, email a photo to hello@hubofone.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. Free NFC stands included with the Full Package ship after your first paid month.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
