These Terms are an agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and SYK Ventures LLC, doing business as Hub of One ("Hub of One," "we" or "us"), a Colorado company. By using hubofone.com, requesting a draft, booking a call, or buying any service or product, you agree to these Terms.
Current prices are listed on hubofone.com. Founding prices apply only to the clients we accept at that price and may change for new clients at any time.
The free draft is one homepage design with up to 2 rounds of revisions, offered after a 15-minute call. There is no cost and no obligation. The draft remains our property until you buy a website package. We may limit how many free drafts we accept each week.
Ava is an artificial intelligence system. She tells callers she is an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded. Ava does not give emergency, safety, legal, medical or technical advice. In an emergency she tells the caller to call 911. AI can make mistakes: we do not guarantee that every call will be answered, understood, transcribed or booked correctly, and you should review your leads and messages regularly. Phone and text service depends on third-party carriers and platforms outside our control.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time through the billing link in your receipt or by emailing hello@hubofone.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
We work hard to help you get more calls and customers, but we do not guarantee specific results such as revenue, rankings, reviews or number of leads.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, missed calls or indirect damages, including those caused by AI errors, carriers, outages or third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and for active clients we will email important changes at least 14 days before they apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
